Upon winning, Gift Certificate is valid from contest date to May 13th, 2022. Valid only with previous reservation and presenting certificate at your check in. Certificate is not transferable, not refundable, not valid with other promotions, not cash valid. Not valid during high seasons or holidays as per resort calendar. Reservation is based on availability. Please contact the hotel directly for reservations.
CONTEST RULES:
1. This contest is not administered by Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Notte Studios, partner of the month within this contest, or other companies that may be considered partner. This contest is organized and promoted by said company Flowers Hotel Group Inc, The Travellin Times, Travellin Times EXTRA, and all subsidiaries’ companies under Flowers Hotel Group.
a. Said company is located at 8149 Santa Monica Blvd., #274 West Hollywood CA 90046 USA.
b. Subscriber is said human following one of the social media sites within Flowers Hotel Group and its subsidiaries, is eligible to win the contest of month from said partner.
i. Human, a person.
c. The host partner from the destination, company, or other entity is the partner of the month with Flowers Hotel Group Inc. and is highlighted on one of the social media channels with Flowers Hotel Group.
i. See “partner of the month”. This contest is value to the subscriber with the chance to win based on rules and regulations.
d. Host partner interchanges monthly.
e. This certificate holds no cash value and is nontransferable. Based on availability at time of booking. Blackout dates may apply.

iii. Human will provide legitimate travel and/or legal document(s) upon check in at said partner.
iv. Human will abide by the code of conduct of the property and universal code of politeness and provide a general nice mood while on partner of hotel.
v. Human is responsible for all costs related to the cost of travel to include and not all listed here: airfare, gas, meals, gratuity, room service, and more.
vi. The only cost covered under this contest, “Contest to Win” is the following:

2. Costs and Expenses: Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, Subscriber shall be fully and solely responsible for all costs and expenses in performing the Own costs including, but not limited to, all equipment, materials, fees, and all of Subscriber’s other costs of doing business. Subscriber is fully and solely responsible for all costs and expenses for any of Subscriber’s own employees or other persons hired by Subscriber to assist Subscriber under this Agreement. Subscriber agrees to fully indemnify the Company for all costs and expenses of Subscriber that the Company is required to pay.
3. Limitation of Authority: Subscriber is not an employee or servant of the Company and shall not have the actual or apparent authority to bind the Company. Subscriber has no authority to act on behalf of or bind the Company in any manner except as expressly authority.
4. Indemnification: I agree to assume full and complete responsibility for any personal injury or property damage caused by me or a pet, suffered by any guest, resort associate or invitees of said partner. Including approved veterinary service providers. If such personal injuries or property damage arises, my owner agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Flowers Hotel Group, together with its present officers, directors, associates, agents, attorneys, insurers, affiliated companies, successors and assigns for any claim which may arise in writing by the Company’s Executive Director.
5. Confidential Information: Subscriber acknowledges that in the performance of this Agreement, Subscriber will be given access to confidential information regarding the Company regardless of whether that information is provided verbally or in writing. Subscriber shall not, at any time, whether during or after the term of this Agreement, directly or indirectly, by any means, divulge, use, or permit the use of any confidential information except as required in the Subscriber’s performance of own costs under this Agreement for purposes of the Company’s business. Without limiting the foregoing, upon termination of this Agreement, Subscriber shall immediately turn over to the Company all confidential information (including any copies and duplicates) in Subscriber’s possession or otherwise subject to Subscriber’s control. Subscriber will not retain any copy, duplicate, memos, notes, other document, or computer file, memorializing any confidential information.
6. Degree of Control: Subscriber shall determine the methods, details, and means of providing the Services, subject to Company’s approval. The Subscriber will provide own cost for travel, entertaining, meals and so forth.
